Walk along the Avon and enjoy Turners views of the Cathedral or for the more serious walker’s hikes across the South Downs and Salisbury plain, there are a wealth foot paths and bridle path for walker to enjoy.

Checking into one of our luxury feature rooms, furnished with antique furnishings, crisp linen on the oversized beds, plump pillows and fluffy toweling robes laid out for you before lacing up those boots and taking a hike

The hotel will supply Salisbury and Wiltshire walking maps, and with one of the hotels exceptional packed lunches you can take to the open country.

Returning to the hotel, and luxuriate in one of the hotels deep baths with our luxury toiletries  and prepare for dinner, 3 courses of fine dining prepared by Gavin Frampton the hotels Executive Head Chef and his Brigade.

The following morning wake to a full English breakfast before making the most of a late checkout and hitting the road to visit some of the more local attractions.
